We can fund loans that many other private lenders will not do, including 2nd lien position loans, ground-up construction, and owner-occupied residential. We are one of the few private lending companies in California that can fund hard money loans for owner-occupied (primary residence) homes. We also fund a lot of residential rehab projects and commercial property loans in 1st, 2nd or 3rd lien position.
